Here's a brilliant montage from the website of Gale Tattersall, the Director of Photography on lots of House eps.   The mov file takes a while to work but when it's loaded, it's worth it.

 he's the english guy that HL never wants to hear right before he does a scene because his accent puts him off.

He's DP'd for so many wonderful episodes.  So many accomplished and fantastic people work on this show.  It really is a privilege to watch!
